Specific risks vary from one plan and activity to another and the risks may range from minor to major injuries, such as catastrophic injuries including death. In consideration of this agreement, you understand and voluntarily accept the risk and agree that Novelty Fitness (LiveNovelty.com) and its owner, employees, volunteers, agents, and anyone else on behalf of Novelty Fitness (LiveNovelty.com) will not be liable for any injury, including, without limitation, personal bodily harm, mental injury, any damage to you or anyone else using the services provided resulting from the negligence of Novelty Fitness (LiveNovelty.com) or anyone on Novelty Fitness’ behalf or anyone else whether related to exercise and nutrition or not. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Novelty Fitness (LiveNovelty.com) and its owner, harmless against any liability, damages, defense costs, including attorneys’ fees, or from any other cost incurred in connection with claims for bodily injury, mental injury, wrongful death or property damage caused by your negligence or other wrongful acts or omissions. Further, you understand and acknowledge that Novelty Fitness (LiveNovelty.com) and its owner provide recreational services and may not be held liable for any defects in the provided plans or services.

You agree that any and all products, plans, or services supplied by Novelty Fitness (LiveNovelty.com) and its owner, will not be shared with any other individual or individuals under ANY circumstance. Any and all products, plans, or services are to be seen only by Novelty Fitness (LiveNovelty.com) and its owner, and the purchaser of the said product or service. In consideration of this agreement, you understand and voluntarily accept the risk and agree that Novelty Fitness (LiveNovelty.com) and its owner, employees, volunteers, agents, and anyone else on behalf of Novelty Fitness (LiveNovelty.com) can take legal action under breaking this agreement.
