ABOUT ME

Nav sandhu

For the first 18 years of my life, I was considered to be "Extremely Obese." During that time, I was playing football for a D1 State championship Highschool and did not care for building good eating habits and focusing on my overall health. After I graduated high school, I was 292 lbs and decided that it was time to change my life for the better. Since then, I have lost over 135 pounds, competed in two body building shows (self-coached), and have dedicated my life to learning the ins and outs of my body. After doing countless hours of research, trying out all of the different dieting and training techniques, I finally found what worked for me. 

 

Now, I want to share everything that I have learned with the rest of the world. I dream of being there for all of those who feel as I once did, that it was impossible to turn their life around and achieve their dream physique and reach their goals. This is why Novelty Fitness was created. I want to help show others that it is okay to step out of your comfort zone and live a novelty life. Here, we take it one day at a time, one step at a time.
